At BDub Atelier, each product is made to order especially for you. Because our products are custom-produced, we have a limited returns and refund policy.

Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Incorrect size selection

• Change of mind

• Personal preference

• Accidental orders

• Minor variations in colour due to different screen settings

• Slight differences in print placement that do not affect the quality or functionality of the product

Please review product descriptions, sizing information and your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives:

• damaged;

• defective; or

• you receive the wrong item,

please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Please include:

• your order number;

• a description of the issue; and

• clear photographs of the product and its packaging.

Replacement or Refund

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we may, at our discretion:

• replace the product at no additional cost; or

• issue a full or partial refund where a replacement is not appropriate or available.

Lost Packages

If your tracking shows that your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us.

We will work with our production and shipping partners to investigate the shipment before determining the appropriate resolution.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Because production begins shortly after an order is placed, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once processing has started.

If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Processing times depend on your payment provider and financial institution.
